All of the products sold at our eBay store are covered by the 30-day Return. You must notify us via eBay messages within 14 days from the day you received the item if the item is unwanted. For item arrived damaged, you must notify us via eBay messages within 7 days of receiving the goods. Any parcel returned to us without notification may be refused, or will take longer time to process. Buyer is responsible for the return postage and to ensure the item is in the original state, unused and undamaged, and is packed with care with the original packaging. Item must be returned by a registered courier or the Royal Mail for safety purposes.

If you fail to do this and it is sent back to us as RTS (Returned to Sender) then an admin fee of £5 will be applied. This admin fee also applies to orders placed under the 'click and collect from Argos' scheme.
